5. No contractor relationship created
Accessing, browsing, or using this Site, including submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or scheduling an appointment through the Site, does not create a contractor-client relationship, service agreement, or any other binding contractual obligation between you and the Company. No such relationship is established until both parties have executed a written service agreement or contract, or until the Company has confirmed the engagement in writing. Any estimates or quotes generated through or communicated via the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding offers unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
6. Contact forms and collection of personal information
When you submit a contact or quote request form on the Site, you voluntarily provide us with personal information including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, email address, and property address (collectively, “Personal Information”). Such communications may include appointment confirmations, service updates, quotes, and other transactional or informational messages related to your inquiry or service engagement.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from us. You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us or by contacting us directly using the information in Section 20. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages.

8. Online scheduling
If you use our online scheduling tool to book an appointment, you agree that any scheduled appointment time is a reservation and not a guaranteed commitment. While we make every commercially reasonable effort to honor confirmed appointments, circumstances beyond our control (including weather events, emergency service calls, equipment issues, or prior jobs running long) may occasionally require us to reschedule. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as practicable and make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment at your earliest convenience.
Scheduling an appointment through the Site does not constitute a binding service agreement. See Section 5 (No Contractor Relationship Created).
